გრუნი საქართველოში გაეროს ბავშვთა უფლებათა დაცვის პროგრამების ლიდერია
2024 წლის 21 დეკემბერს გრიგოლ რობაქიძის სახელობის უნივერსიტეტში მესამედ გაიხსნა პროექტი „ბავშვები ბავშვებისათვის“.
მოსწავლეებისთვის განკუთვნილ პროექტს ხელმძღვანელობს გაეროს ბავშვთა უფლებათა კომიტეტის ვიცე – პრეზიდენტი, გრუნის პროფესორი სოფო კილაძე.
პროექტის მიზანია ხელი შეუწყოს ბავშვების დემოკრატიული საზოგადოების
სრულუფლებიან წევრებად ფორმირებას; სამშობლოს, მშობლიური ენის, მშობლიური ქვეყნის ტრადიციული კულტურული ღირებულებების პატივისცემას; სხვაზე ზრუნვასა და მხარდაჭერაზე ორიენტირებული კულტურის ჩამოყალიბებას.
წინა წლებთან შედარებით პროექტი რამდენადმე განსხვავებულია, წელს მას დაემატა საერთაშორისო კონფერენცია, რომელიც გაიმართება 2025 წლის 10-12 მარტს და რომელიც მიეძღვნება გაეროს ბავშვთა უფლებათა კონვენციის 35-ე წლისთავს. პროექტის საუკეთესო მონაწილეებს შესაძლებლობა ექნებათ ჩაერთონ კონფერენციის მუშაობაში და მსოფლიოს ბავშვებს გაუზიარონ თავიანთი მოსაზრებები და წინადადებები განსახილველ საკითხთან დაკავშირებით, თანატოლებს გააცნონ თავიანთი ქვეყანა.
კონფერენციის მთავარი თემაა: ბავშვის უფლებები და თანამედროვე ტექნოლოგიები, მათ შორის, ხელოვნური ინტელექტი.
შეხვედრა გახსნა გრუნის სტრატეგიული განვითარების ცენტრის ხელმძღვანელმა – მერი ლომიამ, რომელმაც მოსწავლეებს გააცნო ის შესაძლებლობები, რასაც უნივერსიტეტი ამ პროექტით სთავაზობს,
ისაუბრა პროექტის ეტაპებისა და შემდგომი შეხვედრების შესახებ.
სოფიო კილაძემ დეტალურად განიხილა პროექტის შინაარსობრივი მხარე და შეფასების კრიტერიუმები, შემდეგ კი უპასუხა დასმულ შეკითხვებს.
შეხვედრას თბილისის 100-მდე და რეგიონის 200-მდე მოსწავლე ესწრებოდა.
შემდეგი შეხვედრა 2025 წლის 1 თებერვალს გაიმართება.
პროექტი 2022 წლიდან ხორციელდება და პროექტის მთავარი პრიზი – ტური ბრიუსელში, უნივერსიტეტის მხარდაჭერით, უკვე 14 მოსწავლემ მიიღო.
On December 21, 2024, Grigol Robakidze University launched the third edition of the project “Children for Children.”
The project, designed for school students, is led by Professor Sophio Kiladze, Vice-President of the UN Committee on the Rights of the Child and a professor at Gruni.
The project aims to promote the formation of children as full-fledged members of a democratic society, foster respect for their homeland, native language, and traditional cultural values of their country, and encourage a culture of care and support for others.
Compared to previous years, this year’s project has some new features, including an international conference that will be held from March 10-12, 2025, dedicated to the 35th anniversary of the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child. The best participants of the project will have the opportunity to engage in the conference, share their views and proposals on the topics under discussion with children from around the world, and introduce their country to their peers.
The main theme of the conference is: Children’s Rights and Modern Technologies, including Artificial Intelligence.
The meeting was opened by Mary Lomia, Head of Gruni’s Strategic Development Center, who introduced students to the opportunities offered by the university through this project and spoke about its stages and upcoming meetings.
Sophio Kiladze provided a detailed overview of the project’s content and evaluation criteria and then addressed the participants’ questions.
The meeting was attended by 95 students from Tbilisi and 143 students from the regions. The next meeting will take place on February 1, 2025.
The project has been implemented since 2022, and the main prize – a tour to Brussels – has been awarded to 14 students.
